Hi, I’m Joe. And this is my dog Nelson.
My coffee obsession started during lockdown when I couldn’t get to coffee shops for a great cup of coffee. I invested in a bean to cup machine and learnt how good home brewing could be. I went down the coffee rabbit hole and it’s led me here… to starting my own coffee roasting business.
My morning cup of coffee has always been my favourite ritual of the day. I believe good coffee should be accessible to everyone and the complexities of speciality coffee shouldn’t be a barrier to getting people passionate about great coffee. It doesn’t have to be pretentious. If you met me, I’m far from pretentious. I just want to roast the best coffee beans from around the world so all you need to worry about is enjoying it.
